Let’s face it, you really know you’re all grown up when you get excited by the superior performance of a new appliance! Tip 1: Do Your Research

If the extent of your knowledge is limited to “insert appliance here”, you’ve got some homework to do. You need to determine the features you need vs. the ones that are nice, but you can live without. Having an awesome new fridge is great, having it stick out four feet into your kitchen, not so much.

Tip 3: Don’t Sweat It

Like I said, when it comes to appliances, Black Friday and Boxing Week are where it’s at for great deals. Here’s an insider tip for you though to relieve some of the pressure. Don’t think of them as two distinct, limited-time sales events, when, in fact, the great deals on appliances begin on Black Friday in November and continue right on through to Boxing Week in December, so relax, you have plenty of time to do your research, and did we mention that you need to measure?
